We consider a brickwork qubit circuit which is a circuit analog of the XXZ Heisenberg spin chain. The circuit is driven by a pair of reset quantum channels applied on the boundary qubits, which polarize the qubits to arbitrary pure target states. Both circuit gates and reset channels are realizable experimentally. We obtain the steady density matrix analytically, via an Ansatz with a formally infinite bond-dimension. Analyzing the Ansatz we obtain a family of robust nonequilibrium steady states, which can be viewed as a circuit extension of spin-helix states, and which are particularly suitable for experimental investigations.
